Which service is right for you?

Letting your property is a serious business, and research suggests that over a period of time residential property is one of the safest and best performing investments, not only providing an excellent income, but also for many a significant capital gain in the process. There it is of vital importance that the Landlord chooses a service that meets his requirements.

When considering the level of services offered by Kingswood Estates, the Landlords need to ask themselves two questions:

How much level of involvement in the day to day management of the property can I offer?

What is the level of risk am I prepared to take in terms of my property investment?

We appreciate that each Landlord is different, some may have a large portfolio of properties and some Landlords will be first time investors in the property market.

Therefore we have developed three types of lettings services to take into account different levels of involvement and risks.

For Landlords who are seeking to reduce the risk on their investment and are looking for a quick dividend on their investment then our GOLD package which guarantees the income with little or no involvement on the Landlords Part.

For FTI's who have little or no experience in property management or even Landlords who prefer to have little or no involvement in the day to day management of their property our SILVER Package would be best suited to them. This is the hassle free option if you wish Kingswood to take complete control of renting your home and deal with all the day to day management issues.

For those landlords who already manage their own portfolio and are highly experience in the day to day management of their properties, the BRONZE Package of Let Only service would be ideal.
